Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria preliminary-report serious-incident Preliminary Report
The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) was notified of the occurrence by the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria, on 23 July 2025. Investigators were dispatched to the occurrence site the following day and commenced post-occurrence assessments under the provisions of the Civil Aviation (Investigation of Air Accidents and Incidents) Regulations 2023 and Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). This Preliminary Report details the initial facts, discussions, and findings surrounding the occurrence. It includes information gathered from witness statements, evidence, and a preliminary inspection of the site and the aircraft.
