United Nigeria Airlines Company Limited interim-statement accident 001

Accident Investigation Bureau, Nigeria (AIB) was notified of the incident by the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) on 17th November, 2021. Investigators were dispatched to the incident site the same day and commenced post occurrence assessments, under the provisions of Civil Aviation (Investigation of Air Accidents and Incidents)
Regulations 2019 and ICAO Annex 13.
