Azman Air Services Limited preliminary-report accident 001

Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) was notified of the serious incident through the AIB Command and Control Centre on 16th February, 2021. Investigators were dispatched to the scene of the incident and commenced post incident assessments immediately under the provisions of Civil Aviation (Investigation of Air Accidents and Incidents) Regulations 2019 and ICAO Annex 13.
